Your choice for estate and trust advice, trial services, and alternative dispute resolution.
Estate and Trust Law Is Complex
It is natural to have questions about all of the rules that govern estates/probate and trusts. Such questions often arise after the loss of a loved one, or when a loved one has lost their ability to handle their own affairs. Disputes can occur and lead to expensive, time-consuming litigation. It can be overwhelming and confusing to navigate these situations without professional help. I provide my clients with compassionate and easy-to-understand advice. I explore early dispute resolution to preserve family harmony whenever possible. As a trial attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience, I am a respected advocate that you will want in your corner when it is necessary to go to court.
